You Stand's name is Cell Dweller. It takes the form of an abstracted humanoid being with long chains with five heavy iron balls attatched for hands and feet. It's face is covered by a mask that curls around and shapes a single spike upwards on it's head. It's mask does not cover it's right eye which looks human and never blinks. It's body lacks some defination but is muscular which vague shapes on it that are obviously bones buy they seem out of shape and twisted. It's arms and legs also have a horde of needles extending out of then and a crest that starts fropm above it's right eye and curnes around to the top of it's head. It has the ability to solidy and encage objects in a space in air. Eg: It throws a rock and stops it, it will now not move even if hit, broken or destroyed. Encaged objects are also invisible to everyone but the user himself and a person can easily walk into smaller objects and be cut, depending on the objects. The Stand can also move encaged objects at it's user's command but leave a blur while they move and still make sound. This ability cannot effect living beings like humans, plants or animals.
