Not to mention that both you and your friend can do manips that are not from copyrighted images by A) using your own photographs, and or B) using genuine stock, and not fake stock where someone else has stolen copyrighted images and listed them as stock. I don't think popular culture things such as celeb/ tv/film images are ever going to be legit stock.

FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want? crediting is not = to permission, and plus telling someone the rules of the site is not harrassment. You should really look up what the definition of harrassment is before you accuse.
