No Im sorry. I have been in a terrible accident. I hit my head 4/4 and havent been able to to anything since. Cant even walk yet.

Hi Robin,

Dear god, I am so sorry to hear that and shame on me for feeling sorry for myself!That is truly dreadful to hear and I hope that you are ok? I am sure that it will not be long and you will be back to normal and certainly walking again. I think it is important to stay positive and focused on getting better although sometimes it may not be easy. I am fortunate I have never been in hospital or badly injured although I came close in a car accident 5 years ago with a belgian tourist. We still maintain that he was driving on the wrong side of the road!!!
I have been wondering about how you were and never imagined anything bad had happened, again it is sad to hear of your misfortune. I hope that you are receiving good care?
I have started a new job in the same company but am finding it rather stressful and unsatisfying, employers seem to expect so much these days. I haven't been drawing for some time now and have little desire to do so, life is just too busy and I seldom get the time to do what I really want.

Take care and I hope you make a speedy recovery.

No actually I haven't had a moment of inspiration lately except for doing some ink-doodling. To much work and other worldly things like funerals and such. Some tough times right now but I´ll get to it soon again I'm sure.

Glad to hear from you, wasn't sure if I ever would again. I hope you are well and having a great start in the new year? I am on 3 weeks leave from work so I am pretty excited about that!It has been as hot as hell here and was nearly eaten alive at work this morning by insects, it can't get more disgusting than that! Fortunately we are not effected by the flooding and the hurricane as I am in NSW and nothin much ever happens here except the occassional grisly murder.There was one the other day which was pretty bad, especially for a small country town. Anyway on a more positive note, are you back into your 3D stuff.

Thats great, been kinda a worried about you acutally.
We have got a great deal of snow the last few days. Its about 40 inches to much snow right now. Normally there shouldn't be one inch this time a year. Really strange..

I am well thanks and I hope you are? I meant to ask if you still had blizzards and yucky weather. I think the weather has been weird for all of us, we got more rain in a few days than we got all winter last year so figure that one out. We are almost out of summer thankfully and I hope the weather improves for you! It would be nice if it snowed here, I think the last time it snowed here was back in the 80's(the fun years, when life was simpler). Is it just me or is life becoming too superficial and complex?

Well, no busses or trains are working at the moment so getting to work is a capital pain, I promise you. We had a really cold day here starting this morning, - 25 C/ -13 F. Not fun at all.
yeah the weather has been scary to say the least. I cant remember in my lifetime things have ever been like this. Am 25y old.
If I ship you some snow, cant you send me some warmth?

You are completely right, thats one of the reasons for me to live off of less material things. Got no TV, no new cellphone, no Ipod or anything like that. Such a freedom in a way. All those things who where "designed" to make life simpler just adds to the stress and the buying pressure that surrounds as day in and day out. Dont you think?

You have my sympathy and you can have as much of our warmth as you want. I think those temperatures would kill most of the locals here, sadly we see a lot of deaths with the change of seasons and our summers take many older people. Sorry to be morbid!
I don't watch that much TV as there is so much crap on! many shows seem to lack any real depth or substance. You are right about these things designed to make life simpler but just complicates things and it would be nice to just go back to the basics and if people stopped worrying about how much they earn and being better than others. Why does life have to be a competition?
