I appreciate your enthusiasm. Maybe check out my Harajuku Traveling Couple They might be tugging luggage not because they're travelling, but maybe they have the same problem that Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (video www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzC4hF… ) when she began her fashion career; she couldn't go from her house dressed in Harajuku fashion because her parents disagreed with this fashion so she put all her clothes in a backpack or luggage and went out of home dressed with jeans and t-shirts and changed clothes there in Harajuku. Both the video and photo might amuse you.
