I shifted to Archlabs-Openbox, with i3 on the side
Though I prefer i3 for the low low resources use, still I am not that heavy a Keyboard user
Gonna give OpenSuse a try, coming away from Debian these days for me

Nope. Been on arch for years now. Even tried debian for 5 months. But back on arch again. Opensuse is meh, why not pure arch? Archlabs are forking already too into archmerge something.

I refuse to spend so much time to install Arch
Opensuse Tumbleweed looks nice and rolling, as is Archlabs
But for me, Debian is still my go to ....

plain old Kubuntu.... it's shiny KDE5
My Hardware is ill supported now...Β 17.04 (Kubuntu, i chose it over other flavors) has the necessary drivers for my now OLD Radeon
Bitwig, I am yet to try... got my own system back and running, in like 2 years ( my son had run a toy car on screen, with usual results

Plasma is indeed shiny. Has me exited for KDE the first time ever. But I guess they will ruin it by starting from scratch with v6Β 
Hit up some youtube videos on Bitwig, it's a very thought throught DAW. Early days but I think it will revolutionize audio workflow on linux.

i love to explore.... started with redhat 5.2 [long long ago], matured to 6.0 the first GUI based linux, then suse, mandrake, caldera et all... then ubuntu, mint, arch and manjaro... then diversified into bsd [pcbsd] from 9.0 thru 10.1... now openindiana and elementary 
check out "time-slider" in OI which i liked with its ease of use [integrated into nautilus]
