Hey, LL~! Thinking about getting an Etsy for handmade scarves and such. Anything in particular I should do to get started, or find buyers?

Hey Arty! Great, that sounds awesome! I would suggest that you work out the pricing for the scarves now. Make one and package it up as if you were sending it off, then take it down to the post office or where ever to get the exact pricing. I would also suggest having a pretty, but simple and cheap packaging. Make sure it's something easy and quick to acquire and package up. When you get orders, what I do is send the buyer a quick note acknowledging their order etc.. so they know the seller is active.
With getting buyers, it's hard to know what to do really. Just advertise a lot on dA and other places where people would be interested in these sorts of things. Also, on Etsy you can favourite a lot of things and add lots of people to your circles ( You will see once you're on there c: ) They're then likely to check out your shop etc...
