np Joel... I see what I can do... I've been really busy as of late... Been pumping out concepts after concepts for my series... and working on getting my portfolio ready for the con this Sept. Also I got engaged, and I'm a Dad now, so my time has been cut in half...lol Anyway, I was planning on doing a fantasy comp for my portfolio, maybe I can swing it in for both.. but I'll get on it soon...

I'm still fleshing out my characters for my series, and my space opera stuff is coming along pretty well..I just can't post any of it yet! I posted some new work up, and should have more soon, feel free to comment or criticize mate!

your work is appalling there, I criticized lol you know I'm a big fan of your work really if i was to say anything about your new work, its that i prefer fictional picture, characters and places, preferred to just humans, but that's just me, i like the comic book super hero and monster drawings, along with other stuff...

but yeah i haven't had too much time for devianart lately. I'm working on my 1st novel, just got my 1st draft of it made into book form. other than that i have just been designing shoes by just getting cheap shoes and drawing over them. hopefully now that it's the holidays i will do more drawings and upload them

I finish reading over your chapters, they weren't half bad Joel, and you have some pretty neat lines and descriptions.. Of course like everything there is always room for improvements, and I think you may have over repeated yourself a bit in some areas... Plus there is always a better way to convey to your audience what is going on, and to shorten things down to not over impose the mood on the reader... If you like I could spend some time editing it over for you and write it like how I would, but that doesn't mean that you should just do it my way... Writing like art is interpersonal and an art form in itself... so what I may think will work better may not work better for someone else... I haven't been fortune enough to have anything officially published yet, but I have been writing for many years, so it would be a pleasure to share any insights I have gathered in my short time on this marble for you.. Just send me another email so I can make sure I have the right one and I get you a rewrite a.s.a.p Thanks for sharing mate!
