ouweeeh! I'm a massive Dr.Who fan and it's just too adorable to bear.
Also you chose the Tardis Blue perfectly, and you can actually feel the love you put into drawing her.
The composition is awesome, there are neither too many nor too little stars and I'm a massive fan of the Hand-made Typography in this too, since A. it looks amazing and I suck at Typo myself, and B. Noone bothers to Hand-typo anymore and its always so lovely too see someone actually taking the extra time and effort. 
And obviously I don't even need to add that Chibi Matt Smith is adorable as fuck and the expression hilarious.
SO OF COURSE I HAD TO FAVE IT!!!
I faved many a less worthy piece... But this, truly deserved it.
