The cool thing is...despite us both doing silhouettes, they're still...really different from the style that I do
Btw, do you use glue? or is it just laying on top of the black/white background?
Im too cheap for nice black paper, so I just use cardstock xD

I'm just laying it on top of black construction paper haha. I'm starting to just do what you do and cut through two layers of paper and then use tissue paper in between them both.

Pro tip:
Buy a bunch of plastic sheets and multi colored tissue paper from the dollars store.
I then layered: silhouette>tissue paper>blank sheet so my folding of the tissue paper to stuff it in wouldn't look so awkward

Well I have the plastic sheets but I need the tissue paper haha. But I put the two pieces of paper over each other then I cut it as one right?

that's what I did, make sure you have extra blades!, plus, I highly suggest you tape it together
