The expo was good yes
Expo seems to be getting very commercialist now I find, less about the fun, the stalls tend to be getting overpriced also :/ I dont know if thats just me or what XDDD

Well I found it was always overexpensive and unscrupulously commercial, I just ignore it. I'm only intersted in the small press section and buying manga. I love looking at all the costumes though, particularly spotting ones I recognise
(As I frequently pointed out) being a fan of Eva I was dissapointed by the lack of Eva cosplays, I only saw three and none of them would buy any of my comics
BUT I did see and speak to someone in a Haruko (from FLCL) Cosplay, which is also rare! I glad to hear you enjoyed it! I (again) wish I'd had more time to chat, and soz I forgot to give you one of the comic pamphlets- I actually just forgot :l

On the subject of Tumblr, I'd recommend getting a Disqus account because you can add that to Tumblr to allow people to comment on your blog entries. Gemma and I've done it and it works really nicely
