Cali is a nice place according to a couple friends of mine who moved out there. I couldn't live there because of the ignorant gun laws. But if guns aren't an issue, it's sunny, warm (depending on where in Cali you move to) and there are beaches. But the cost of living can be prohibitive.

My three choices of cities to move to in California are Los Angeles, Burbank, and Beverly Hills. I chose Los Angeles because I thought that would be the least costly of the three.
