Be nice and thoughtful!-
Try your very best to not argue with another member during a meet because you do not like their choice of cosplay as it should not matter who they are cosplaying, as long as they are attending a meet, it's all good! During the meet, do keep in mind the fact that the people attending the meets aren't your slaves that spends hours looking after your bags while you go around London. If that happens again without you asking me to look after your bag. I'll personally throw your bags into the bins ^^ Don't randomly rugby tackle people too, or molest them in anyway without at least some warning and consent. I won't put up with anyone calling another person cosplay, a bad cosplay.

Invite anyone from your friends list, as long as they aren't weird creepers.
Pretty simple rule, just don't invite people would are just going to oggle the girls and have no interest in hetalia (unless it is a non-hetalia themed meet) In the topic of oggling, please don't indulge in sexual activities- Kissing and hugging is fine, just don't start groping and frenching one another where everyone can see you. As it can make people very uncomfortable. If you want to kiss that badly, do it somewhere secluded and out of the group's direct sight.

Cosplays-
Absolutely no nudity or Nazi-themed clothing like the swastika no matter how cool you'll look. There are laws in England, that will we follow.

Behavior-
As much as I want everyone to have fun, please be considerate of others, which means no rude language at strangers. No attacking and bashing other fandoms (Seriously it makes our own fandom look bad) And no using words such as "rape" "Pedophile" when in groups as some members do not find it as amusing as you may think. If you think it's too harsh, simply Google rape and pedophile cases and you'll understand why it's not a laughable and joking matter.

Props-
I stress that no one brings any kind of weaponry to any of the out of Expo meets. No wooden swords, no replica/BB/Nerf guns, no Yaoi/Yuri Paddles, no frying pans. The only exception to the Swords,pans and Fake guns is that it has to be concealed in a bag (Like a sword bag) For the whole time of the meet when photos are not being taken. If I/or any of the admins see anyone waving a sword/Pan/Gun about we'll confiscate it for the meet, and if your prop has been taken 3 times, you'll be asked to leave and not attend the meets. This is simply because the obvious danger of harming fellow attendees or bystanders. And to also avoid confrontation with the police questioning us about it.

For Expo meets, you're free to bring props, as long as you act appropriately. This means no throwing props over/at/around groups of people.. Though if you're caught being careless with it, it won't only mean that you might be kicked out the meet/group, we'll report you to the expo staff, which might result you being kicked out of expo entirely.

Alcohol-
There is a strict no-drinking policy during the meets. You're allowed to buy the drinks, but only for yourself (If I see you giving it to other people/drinking it during meet time. I'll take it from you, and give it to you back at the end of the meet). And you're allowed to drink when the meet officially ends even if people are still there. Please don't buy drinks for anyone under the age of 18, do ask for ID if attendees are asking you to buy drinks for them.

Drugs-
No illegal drugs please. Only prescription medicine and drugs are permitted. Do tell the admins if you will have to take certain medication during the day so we can try and remind you ect.

Flags-
Beautiful for photos as they may be, the Hetalia fandom is notoriously trolled and frowned upon because the cosplayers do not care for the flags they own. I do not want to see a single flag being, used as a strangling device, for the whole day- for some of the time sure just not all day, tying people up, a napkin, being carried in a way which the flag is dragged on the floor or left on the floor and trampled on. This includes Prussian flags and smaller flags. For storing a large flag, try and fold it when keeping in the bag. I know the odd slip up and the flag being dropped on the floor accidentally is absolutely fine. For meets, I believe that there is absolutely no need for them anymore unless it is like Hetalia day where the UK flag would be suitable for the date as for the past few meets I've been to, I didn't even take my flag out my bag.

Thats pretty much all the things I think about when it comes to meets. So any admins want to add just add away~

Aw good luck, you might find these fun facts useful, I only wish I was told the first time. It is sheer chaos and by this I mean super loud, super busy and this year it's gonna be worse because it's both sides of the building. Find a 'safe area', it sounds silly but we still do it now because being on your own is a terrible feeling and it will help you find people should you loose them. And one more thing if you see something you want, buy it or else you will never be able to find it again because it all looks the same. (this happened last year I found a Russia plushie but said I'd come back later.) Have you got early entry tickets? If not you want to be there pretty early. Who are you cosplaying as? I forget if you've said already.
