Doing okay. Haven't been very productive lately, and I've been dealing with some reno issues at my current residence that the homeowner has been neglecting a bit; I really don't want to move out, but I don't want to go through another winter like last one in this rickety house either. On the positive side, a short story I recently submitted for a contest here on DA ended up winning (yay!) and I am hoping to get some original short stories published by year's end at the latest. Just need to stay focused and keep working...

And before I forget again (like an idiot, sorry about that), how are you doing? Hope your health has gotten better, at any rate.

I have an op at the end of this month and if that doesn't work then I'll be bringing my kidney home in a jar! Either way I'm keeping it so win-win.

In all seriousness, though, hope your operation goes well. Things are doing okay here. Work is super-busy these days, and I should do my taxes soon, and my partner for a story contest seems to have vanished on me, but otherwise, things are fine. Hope everything goes well for you!

I'm doing well! Still trying to get back into college, but the program I'm in to help with employment is moving forward.. We also acquired some Disneyland annual passports.

Fairly crazy, actually. It's only really just calmed down in the last month or so; had to deal with tax season, jury duty, my cousin passing away, and of course the ongoing reno. Trying to get back into the swing of things more with my writing, so that's coming along a bit. Hope you're doing well!
