Lighting isn't very good but it's obvious all of it has that ugly dull colour. Actually what stands out the most for being bright and shiny are the metals parts on that thing at the top and those two down the bottom of the picture.

I believe you are wrong. Gold bullion changes color, yes. Sometimes even to shit color. However silver bullion stays pretty much the same unless it rusts bad. Mine has not.
