Uhmmm well you need to have the direct link to the image/gif you want to put into your webcam (You right click the image/gif and go to "Copy Image Location". Make sure the image works by pasting it into your address bar and if the image/gif shows up then that's the correct link.) Then take that link and put it into your webcam widget.
