So first, do you have any rules or limits on what you can or won't draw? Also, are you familiar with any of the following? Yugioh, the Disney movies, the legend of korra, total drama and the ridonculous race, Dangan Ronpa, dbz, free iwatobi, gravity falls. I'll base the request on one or two of the shows that you know. And finally, how many characters can you draw per request?

I Can't Draw Any thing naked that's my only rule I know Disney little bit of yugioh legend of Korra And gravity falls and ill draw any characters and as many it wouldn't really bother me to much but please don't spam me you'd actually help me by doing this sometimes its hard for to think of stuff to draw on my own so I only ask just to not spam that's it

Okay sure. I'm really glad you know those things and I can keep it around that limit. And I'll try not to spam you in any way.
Now just to be on the safe side, would you be okay with drawing a male character tied up, gagged and in peril? My request may involve that but if you don't like it then I won't ask for it.

Gagging as in his mouth would have a cloth over it to keep him from talking. It goes with him being tied up. And the peril part would be his life in danger. I'll go into details regarding that in the request if you're okay with it.

Cool. I'm very relieved that you can try it. Thank you very much for answering my questions.
Then based on Disney's Aladdin and Tangled, can you draw Eugene Fitzherbert but dressed up in Aladdin's prince clothes and in the drowning scene from Aladdin please? Meaning that his barefeet would be shackled to a ball and chain, his mouth cloth gagged and he'd be underwater. 
What do you think?
