Remarkable photographs.Highgate cemetery looks an interesting cemetery to visit.I like the way your cemetery photographs are beautiful while at the same time everyone cares about maintaining the dignity of the dead.

You're very welcome! It amazes me that you did it using acrylics... Am I the only one who is useless with Acrylics? XD
Keep up the great work!

acrylics are a bit of a challenge.
once you are familiar with them, they are amazing.
i highly encourage you to try them again, and please remember to show me!

If I do, I will! I'm not the best painter and I mostly use Oil Paints when I do! Buuuut I may give it another go!

awesome!
that's interesting, always thought oil paints were less user friendly than acrylics.
oh, but that scent...
will you be painting EA?

I suppose it varies between people! Oil paints take a much longer time to dry, so you can mix colours in and get the shade without worrying about it drying too quickly!
Unlikely! I'm not very good at copying pictures or photos, I'm generally better at just making things up Β
Do you make up or copy the pictures that you do? Either way... they're amazing O.OΒ

there are ways to extend the drying time of Acrylic, but no way to speed up the dry time of oil.
if there is, my mind will be blown.
creating from imagination is good also.
thank you! for realistic pieces i usually have a few different reference pictures and pick the colors and atmospheres myself. anything non-real is probably when i just started painting something and went with it.

Some colours in oils I find dry quicker than others! Or at least, in my paint set they do!
Ahh right! Sounds nice and creative ^.^ Keep at it, you do it well!Β

i'm sure dry time varies between oils, still it doesn't dry fast enough to prevent curious passerby-ers from sticking their fingers into it.
thanks! i am definitely keeping an eye out for your upcoming works.

That's true! I'm lucky enough to not have any passers by brushing past it (it's all a matter of: wreck that and die) Β
Cool! I am thinking uploading some artwork onto here, but never really get around to doing it ^.^Β

oil pieces must be caged for their own protection during the dry time.
people just get a little curious as to what it FEELS like.Β
and the painter herself might try to work on it and accidentally wreck it. gaaah.
excellent, keeping a look out for those.
