Has it been that many?! Lol I tried to draw around ages 14 and 15, but I couldn't grasp it, and there was no internet. Then I suffered a life changing accident at 40 saw some speed drawing videos and i was hooked. I have become so obsessed it actually determines my mood at times. Wth the advent of internet. I was able to learn more rapidly. And then the passion. That helps tremendously. But I must say. Your work is on a very adept, professional level. I'd have not been surprised if you had been doing it all your life!

I'll share what works for me. It's no secret . but I'm not great. I'm pretty damn good. But plan on improving... A lot. Thank you for the kind words.

Well, yeah. I've been on and off DA for a while now, but I just got into college (as an art major of all things) so I figured it would be in my best interest to come back and stay back. With that I kind of "reset" my page for a blank slate. Just uploaded two pieces yesterday though. Kinda rough, and the picture quality is lacking, but still seems like a few people enjoyed them. I really have only what I've taught myself in drawing and I personally feel like there is a style there, and there are techniques being used. But whenever I look at my work it still gives off a sloppy, unpolished look that I think just looks like immature skills. Like it all just doesn't, fit together?

We are our own worst critics. I find flaws in everything I do. Nothing will ever be perfect. Everytime I embark on a new drawing... There is always a point where I'm like.. This is shit. But I just keep at it. That's the point most ppl giveup. Make a Mark, adjust... Repeat. And then after maybe hours, I'm like hey, looking pretty good, and then it gets easier. I've low confidence. I have to build up the nerve at times to start some drawings... In fact I'm doing arms and things now doing just that. I have learned its not good to put yourself down, I often do, ppl take this like you are fishing for compliments. Anyway. What kinda stuff do you like drawing?

Hmm. I see your point. Still, I want to improve tremendously. I know that takes a lot of time as it has already to get to where I am now. And I know how you feel, though I can bet your threshold for patience in your work is a lot higher than mine. I should probably work on that, as I've given up on many projects that might've been fairly interesting had I not abandoned them. And those were all practice and skill increases that I missed out on as well. I like to draw a variety of things, from weapons and characters to landscapes and scenery objects. My plans are to go into game art and design so I like to practice with the assets most commonly used in games like those.

Wow.. Thanks. I got a ways to go. And I just bought some carbon pencils. Damn! I mean.. what a difference that solid black makes. I still can't believe it. But ur compliments are geatly appreciated. It's sobnice to get positive feedback from someone that draws so well.

Thanks a lot. I just recently discovered drawing in August. It's pretty much all I do now.. well until I go back to work. I have a ton to learn but I really appriciate ur positkve feedback. Let me ask u? Ur gallery seems to be empty.. but u have tons of stuff up. Or am I just mistaken?
