I have a question. The only male toilet pics that Westman15(he faved some of your pics) faved are Yandere-Kun,Bendy & Loni Loud. Do you know these three characters?

Whatβs interesting is that Westman15 mistook Yandere-Kun & Loni for their female counterparts.

Hey, I saw your forum post a bit too late. If you need someone to talk to, just drop me a note. I burried my 18 year old dog Chester at the beginning of December so I'd be glad to talk if you need a shoulder.

Hey man,
Remember a few months ago how you came up with the idea of running a support-based Ribombee set and I shrugged it off because of how frail it is?Β
Well, I just managed to beat the Multi Battle portion of the Battle Tree in Ultra Sun all thanks to Lillie.Β She primarily usesΒ support and cleric Pokemon (which is fitting actually given her character), but they excel at their role in keeping your Pokemon healthy and keeping them safe. One of the Pokemon she runs is a support based Ribombee that runs Dual Screens as well as Pollen Puff, which when used on a partner Pokemon restores their HP. Which ultimately saved myΒ Pokemon from getting KO'd on several occasions.Β
So given how much of a help her Ribombee was in assisting my Pokemon, I've reconsidered how well it can perform as a support Pokemon.Β

Glad to hear it! Especially now since Ribombee can learn sticky web via egg move, Ribombee becomes arguably one of the best support mons out there in doubles. Especially potent now that I've begun to experiment with my mega Blastoise by making his main water STAB water spout of all things because it is technically Blastoises strongest possible water move in terms of pure brute force. Hell, mega Blastoise technically has the strongest water spout in the game.
Why did I start running Spoutoise? Simple really. Since my team relies heavily on sticky web support, tanking and speed control I figured I could try a move like water spout on mega Blastoise since the opponent would be too slow to put a dent in Blastoise before he could get one off and subsequently annihilate the entire enemy team with what I can only imagine is Blastoise shooting indiscriminately from all 3 cannons in a berserker like frenzy. Now I'm aware that water spouts power is directly linked to Blastoise's remaining HP, but that's where Ribombee steps in. Since pollen puff restores partners HP, she works perfectly with mega Blastoise and his nuclear strength water spouts ripping the opponents apart. If they are still left standing, just blow on them with dragon pulse, ice beam, aura sphere or dark pulse because a full strength water spout from mega Blastoise is enough to knock out mega Charizard Y. IN THE SUN.

Interesting idea.
You know you could pair it Lilligant and have it use After You on it if you want dish out Water Spout damage faster. It works especially well on opposing Sun teams as you can essentially use a Chlorophyll user against them. If it works well with Torkoal, thereβs no reason it couldnβt work with another Terrapin Pokemon.

Oh but I DO have a terrain pokemon in Tapu Lele (which I nicknamed "healthy meta" cuz I'm a cheeky little shit). But instead of the typical sets of choice items, I went with an all-out attacker life orb set with the moves psyshock (because Blissey and Snorlax), moonblast, shadow ball and thunderbolt. Psychic terrain helps block out any would-be priority attackers from getting damage off on Blastoise (and the rest of my team for that matter) and turns psyshock into an unholy nuke of psychokinetic power.
I also replaced my Garchomp with Naganadel and dragonium-z with the moves draco meteor, sludge bomb, fire blast and thunderbolt.

Wow thatβs literally the exact same set I run on my Tapu Lele, even with the same item and moveset.
Well Naganadel does hit super hard.

Hey. Do you know any good move sets for Silvally-Rock on showdown?

That depends. You want a defensive or offensive set?

I want an offensive set.

DJHiryu508 In reply to Railfaneric [2018-01-30 00:30:25 +0000 UTC]
Alrighty then. For a full-on offensive rock Silvally, you'll want either an adamant or jolly nature and pour 252 EVs each into attack and speed with 4 in HP. Run these moves for maximum sweeping potential:
-Multi attack
-Zen headbutt
-Ice fang
-U-turn
Zen headbutt is for fighting types and ice fang is for ground types. U-turn is your ticket out off the battle for when the opponents pokemon hard walls you.
I put this set together rather slapdashedly, so its a bit iffy on if it'll work or not, so that's why I recommended U-turn so you have a safety net.

Ok thanks. I'll try it. Is Fire Fang a good option to hit Steel types with?

DJHiryu508 In reply to Strikerprime [2017-06-03 20:26:51 +0000 UTC]
Hey. The reason you haven't heard from me is because I'm completely out of ideas for new sets. Except for this one set where instead of dumping Braviarys EVs into speed and attack, I dump them into HP and attack.
The reason for this is that I finally came to the realization that my Braviarys usual setup 252 EVs in speed and attack didn't synergize well with the moves I gave him, nor did it support the role I wanted. My set up till that point was bulk up+leftovers, which didn't help much considering I went with sweeper investment instead of tank investment.
Overall its been doing really well for me. But I have one small problem: I can't figure out what to make my last move on this set! I need it to be something that supports a bulky set with compromising attack or leave me open to prediction (so no roost). My current setup is this:
252 EVs in attack and HP, 4 in defense. Leftovers, adamant nature.
-Crush claw (placeholder until I get my new Braviarys friendship maxed out)
-Brave bird
-???
-Bulk up
I've had ideas about maybe ditching brave bird and going with fly to maximize leftovers recovery but I'm still not sure. And I'm at a complete loss as to what my final move should be: Shadow claw for good overall neutral type coverage and the high crit chance? U-turn for grabbing momentum? Steel wing for rocks and fairies?

Strikerprime In reply to DJHiryu508 [2017-06-03 20:54:58 +0000 UTC]
Ah, I see.
Don't replace Brave Bird with Fly. Fly can be easily blocked by Protect or your opponent switches in a PokΓ©mon that resists it.
There are other PokΓ©mon out there you can make sets for besides Braviary, Chesnaught, Galvantula, and Blastoise.

DJHiryu508 In reply to Strikerprime [2017-06-04 01:52:03 +0000 UTC]
Those are really the only pokemon I can use effectively. Yeah, I have a Garchomp set, but its nothing special at all.
Jolly nature, 252 EVs in attack and speed, holding a life orb
-Dragon claw
-Earthquake
-Fire fang
-Poison jab
Probably the most boring and common set you'll see in the current meta what with all the fairies running around and the steel types being used to counter them. I occasionally swap out fire fang with brick break to stop screen setters cold but that's about it. So that's why I never even bothered with a Garchomp set: he's the team journeyman, with a journeyman moveset.
The way I like to play is that I take pokemon that not many people like or use like mega Blastoise and Chesnaught and somehow find a way to make them work against bigger threats that are generally considered "better" like Greninja (who I now despise) and Tapu lele. Garchomp is about as far from a unique pokemon you can get nowadays in competitive play.

Did you ever try finding any others? I mean, there are plenty of other overlooked PokΓ©mon out there besides the ones you've raised already (which you've done a fantastic job with BTW). Take it from someone who's done it himself with nearly every PokΓ©mon that's been made, there are always ones still out there that you can find potential.
Huh, don't usually see Garchomps running Fire Fang (though Poison Jab I can understand). I don't know why people don't run Iron Head on their Garchomps. That would better help them against Tapu Lele than Poison Jab would. In fact it's because of how common Tapu Lele are that I run Steelium-Z on my Garchomp specifically to deal with them. Corkscrew Crash is enough to OHKO Lele before they can even do anything (unless they're scarfed and outspeed Garchomp).
