I know the feeling madam. In good news I finally bought me a new camera dslr. bad news it's just an entry level until i get used to it. Switched from a Canon to Nikon (the lens selection is great)

so, how is it, are you happy with it? I am sure youΒ΄ll get used to it soon!
I am in my main focus year in university now and it feels like I have less and less time...I even got a DD not long ago, that is something I always only dreamed of, and then I realised it weeks later because I just didnt get time to log on!

Well first, that's awesome you got a DD, and a bit funny that you're just learning about it lol.
The camera is nice. I like the software and it's easy to learn how to use. I just need to work on getting used to everything now and getting a few different lenses. The stock lens is acceptable, 8-55mm. I recently took a trip, no where fancy, a mini vacation because I've been working nonstop for a while. I took a lot of shots, I haven't had a chance to look at them. Maybe I'll up load one or two if I like ANY of them.

yeah, that always is the problem....once you get a new cam, you want new lenses...and more lenses...and other stuff...it never ends haha

ah, i haven't uploaded anything. I literally got my camera in the mail and was off for a trip. I tried reading up on all the features on the plane, but that didn't work well. So i was forced to just take pictures with the stock lens and figure out as I went as soon as I stepped of the plane.
I'll probably upload one or two. I haven't looked at them at all yet lol
