Hello.

I was wondering, and this might seem rude with how fast I'm asking, but I was wondering if I could use your photo " My good Ol' boots " for a reference photo for a picture I'm working in to enter in an amateur art showing. I'm only 17 so I'm not sure what work must be done to gain rights to use one's photo so I was hoping that this very poorly written comment would do. I'm sorry if I'm being rudely; I'm honestly not! I just have no means of asking you other wise.

The photo just popped out to me when I was searching for a decent photo to use. I wanted something old looking and simple yet with meaning. To me the shoes struck me because of the " Hard working " feeling I get from the photo. I work hard. In and out of school and I don't want to enter in an art show with something that hold no meaning what so ever to me. My artworks that I complete are like my children. If I make it, I want to be proud and say " That's mine. "

So with out making this even more terrible long winded than it all ready is, do I, Nummmy202 AKA Amanda P., have the right to use the questioned photo as a reference?
