thanks! its really fun so far! I'm not very good yet, but looking at everyone else's work really puts a fire under me. I wanna be that good someday. Tho, do you know if there's a specific software people use? I'm not very good yet, but the software I have doesn't seem very good at what I'm trying to do. It came with my surface but its pretty basic so far as I can tell. The blending stump kills me. All it does is spread, not blend.

That actually depends on what drawing software you use.
I use Photoshop for blending and other stuff, but sai is mainly where I do most of the work.
I suggest trying sai as it's the most basic & easiest to use, then you could move on to the more professional working apps!!

You could also play with the settings so you could find something you're comfortable using
