Hullo, I came round to say thanks for the favorite. And then I had a sneak peek into your gallery and found, that you have some really nice pictures presented there. I especially enjoyed "The Impossible" and "Love on Pitch" for the way you combined drawing and color in those, but also, because I find them pretty expressive in a very warm, very broken-down-to-the-essential kinda way. Though I must say I was surprised to discover, that you are from Vietnam. I wouldn't have expected it from the people you chose to depict.

Hi, firstly I want to say that I love your artworks. They are so amazing.
And thank you for your compliment about my works :) (Smile) I really appreciate it!
I usualy draw and paint the people I like, what I love. So you can see that my works are often about movies, characters or people.
Though I'm a Vietnamese but I admit that I am usually attracted by things beyond my country.
But I always love my Vietnam

No need to apologize! I guess it's just this: There's so many more Asians, Africans, South-Americans - you get the gist - in the world, yet our representation of it through the Arts, Movies, hell even books doesn't really pay tribute to that, which is a shame in a way as we are robbing ourselves of all this beautiful diversity out there. Admittedly DevianArt seems to be populated by great numbers of Germans, North-Americans, Canadians and some Eastern-Europeans, so maybe that explains some of it. Nevermind, clearly that's a personal issue for me, so it's not really my place to ask you about your choice of subjects :) (Smile) . I am happy you are drawing and showing that artwork, so just ignore my general weirdness.

Hey, firstly, I want to apologize for the late reply. I'm so busy these days, overwhelming with works.
And I totally agree with you over the fact that we are robbing ourselves of all beautiful diversity in this world.
And please don't mind, it is really normal for you to ask the subjects of my art works. Because I think I am a little different too, I mean here in Vietnam, art enthusiasts rarely draw or paint kinds of things and people like I do :) (Smile) . So I'm not surprised if you ask me that!!!
Obviously both of us, as well as others on DA, are pleased and happy for showing the own art works
