Ha ha good question!
There are a LOT of people who hate Jar Jar Binks as a character - mainly because they seem him as an insultingly racist representation of a black Jamaican.
While I can see this side of the argument, my main reason for hating him is that he is like something straight out of an awful early 1990s American kids movie - always saying "oh-oh" and falling over and narrating everything out loud for absolutely no reason.

Screw the article. Jar Jar Binks is comic relief and hardly annoying, I can remember watching the first episode and laughing at his antics, my laughs were near to breaking the sound barrier. Jar Jar Binks isn't annoying and I like him.

You wanna know what really is annoying?

1. Fanboy and Chum-Chum. Gross show and mocking superheroes.
2. The Looney Tunes Show. Lola Bunny being a stalker and talking too much.
3. Three fire-type starter Pokemon being part fighting type. Need I say more? GameFreak can't stop with Fire/Fighting Pokemon.
4. Iris and Cilan from Pokemon: Best Wishes. Iris is annoying and Cilan too for his *insert random word* Time and imitating Brock.
5. People seeing that Randall Boggs isn't a innocent victim. Seriously, Waternoose is the real big bad.
