I'm afraid I don't have access to a camera at this time, my last one, a 35 mm, died. I have a scanner, but no camera. I would like to get a digital because of the ease and long term savings. What kind of camera do you use? I have heard a lot of debate over 35mm vs. digital. Which do you prefer? Your pictures are so vivid and colorful, I would be interested to know.
I agree, I would not want to live in such conditions, and I know because of my childhood history of illness, I would not have survived under such primitive conditions. I would surely have become a statistic. I feel badly for children who live there and who may suffer as I did, healthwise.

Thank your for your email...i always prefer 35mm...i am not here to debate on digital or 35mm...but i feel much more comfortable using 35mm...to me the results are excellent....i must say it depends on how you are capturing the stills...the lighting, angle, the development, etc. counts...i am not gonna say sorry about your childhood history of illness...i hate to pity on others and visa versa...so be brave and be strong....may the Force be with you...They can conquer who believe they can...take care and ever smile

Oh, it's ok. I was just stating something about the illness to show that I can empathize with children who live in harsh conditions and may not have access to health care. I was not looking for sympathy. I suspected you used a 35 mm camera. Your photos have a certain warmth that I've noticed is lacking in digital. You must have a great scanner. Take care,
