Description

Wyrms are a widespread species of Saurian found across Lost World instances. From Desert Hidden Valleys, Snowy veils, Hidden Worlds, and Isolated islands. The identification of near 3-meter-tall reptiles with long necks, slender frames, and distinctive 3 hours along the top of the skull is documented. It can be assumed that these creatures are generalists whose niche seems to sustain populations. It should also be noted that these populations have displayed varied colors across instances, most likely to adapt to their environments.
This species is also one of, if not the most common species to appear through Slipgates. Besides their size, claws, and teeth. Wyrms are also venomous. Having bites laced with saliva and using their spit as a type of projectile. Burning skin, paralyzing muscles, and at worst blinding targets.

Despite the lack of adaptation, these reptiles are adept swimmers, undulating like crocodiles and lizards. Their necks are so flexible, apocryphal tales have stated the species can wrap its neck around smaller boats and rafts.
