Description
Another BETA render of my MoSKiTo project. This version is almost finished, but as I am likely to not be able to work on this for a while I wanted to let you lot make comments on how far I've got.
Work still to finish: Background details including faked light sources, Foreground details including finishing and adding the 'Pilot' figure (halfway through this, so expect it in the final release)
Let me know what u lot think!
Model created over 2 weeks in 3D Studio Max 4. Details and background added in Photoshop.
P.S If anyone out there thinks they can supply me with a better Background, or a cool Pilot figure then drop me a notelet

very nice. I sujest it has no "pilot" however, make the thing an infiltration robot.maybe ad some weak weapons.

I would give the mosquito a more worn metal look (like it's a few years old and has seen some action) -- specificaly the cables coming out of the back of the stinger; they look to CG...
Other that and a few background additions, its really good. Good work again.

Great job here, you obviously put a lot of work into your shapes, which makes the detail work for you very well. Love the "cutting laser effect" especially!

Nice! Maybe more lighting on the black areas, coz it doesn't 'feel' right. Good job, and a nice model. Rock on!

This render is really well done. I love the metal work and the little touches like itβs slightly rusty. Canβt wait to see the finished one

Amazing render you have here. Big amounts of detail and a great atmosphere are present here, which is delightful.
And to tell you the truth, I'd never guess this one is still unfinished. I'm sure it'll absolutely rock! Keep up the great work.

Damn that's sharp. Nice job on this. Even the standard floor grate bump map looks cool here. This is just cool. Well lit and great composition.
