fantastic theme!
A very powerful picture with a very nice composition.I like the way you captured the "melancholic" mood of a clown wich it's supposed to be a very happy person. 
Also the smoke and the bottle of vodka(i bet) frome the forein ground it's giveing a very complicate mood.
