Ooh, the point of view makes this piece more... psychedelic, but that's mostly from the colours, I think. The angle just adds further depth to things, which I really like...
I think it's fantastic how we get a clear feel for the atmosphere and mood. I like how you've managed to capture motion and how that contrasts with the stillness of the train by the side... or at least, I think it's a train? Could be a bus or tram. o.O
Anyway, the lighting is fantastic. I like how it's all lit up.
