I'm sure this guy needs no introduction. It's the Count Von Count, or simply "The Count" for short. He loves to count so much he's practically obsessed with it.
The Count was originally voiced and performed by Jerry Nelson until his death in 2012, but since that point, is being performed by Matt Vogul who has been working on "Sesame Street" since 1996.
One of the first segments I remember watching with The Count in it is the Batty Bat, a song that he performed with - what else? - bats as his backup singers. So you can see why I added the bats from the last time I've drawn him.
