Following the events with the 12th Doctor, the Dalek City on Skaro fell.  As the ceiling of the infirmary collapsed atop Davros he was yanked from his time period accidentally due to the “Chance Event” (This event is explained in a comment beneath Simon Chance, also found in the Whoniverse folder.).  He was thrown about the space/time vortex and was finally flung free and crashed unconscious on an agricultural world.  A tiny bit of the Doctor’s regenerative energy still coursed through his body.  It was not enough to heal him entirely from the effects of the vortex on his body, but enough to keep him alive.  When he awoke his memories were tattered.  He recalled working towards saving the Kaled people and so again began his work.  He took DNA samples from himself once again, and created the New-Kaled Clones.  In serious need of bodies, he began crafting them.  His tattered memories led to the creation of a combination of Dalek and Cyber-man technologies.  He gave himself a new body and the Cyber Kaled were born.  Davros took his Cyber Kaled legions to the abandoned worlds of Atrios (tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Atrios ) and Zeos (tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Zeos ), renamed them New Skaro (tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Skaro ) and New Kaalann (tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Kaalann ), and rebuilt the two worlds where he rules as Emperor Davros over the Cyber Kaled Empire.
