New oc, he's based on a feid I saw on a long drive from the coast. The ground there had like a red brown tone and the plants and trees were kinda green and gray-ish. It looked rly nice anyway Ocotillo is a sandwing leafwing hybrid with strong leafspeak though he can only grow poisonous plants.
