Heh, nice transition of the styles. The painting is incredible.. awesome detail on the mech-wreck, and fantasmic colours in the background. The little kid is quite creepy.. I get the impression he punched through that hole in pilot-pod himself after it crashed. Or maybe he was fighting it

Very stylish... gorgeous colours and stunning line work.
I like the vibrant colours, they go well with the change throughout the image.
I especially like the distortion around the kid, and his expression is very cool, Very nice shading on the face and the shirt.
