Improved version of "gender norms". I've got rid of the crappy background digitally. The original was completely drawn. I still have it in my gallery.

This was inspire by Isabella Bennett's character Rabbit in Steam Powered Giraffe, though I wouldn't say this is fan art for them. If any of you know the band, Isabella is a transgender woman. I drew this when she was first coming out to the public as a woman. The little... um... what should I call it, creature? Okay, i'll call it that. The creature in this image has female lips and a face covered by a mans eyes. This creature is obviously a woman, but since a lot of society thinks of her as a man, she hides behind those eyes.

Isabella now shows her true gender. She officially identifies as female. Transphobia is as much as a problem as other discrimination. The picture represents as time passes, we can all start taking off our masks.
