This is a printer friendly template, you should be able to print it out as is, I would recommend turning on borderless printing to avoid clipping. For this piece I used 6mm thick sheets of eva craft foam for the base and then I cut out the detailed pattern from the pauldron with an exacto knife and used that to cut it out onto normal thin craft foam, then I glued the detailed pattern onto the 6mm thick base.
