Description
This little TF dives into my Lugiasona's past, Torino's past from when he was originally a human kid.

The basic backstory on how Torino went from a human to a Lugia was he discovered a special item on a beach during his summer vacation.
Said item was enchanted with a the essence of a Lugia, which channels right into it's new owner that picked up the item.
Then a slow transformation happens over the rest of Torino's summer vacation, which changed his life forever.

His transformation is indeed permanent, and while he would attempt to continue living a human life as a young Lugia for a bit, he would grow too big to live comfortably in his original home.
So Torino would be relocated to a new home he calls "Sanctuary", where he would properly learn his new body to be a true Lugia!.... with a few quirks here and there, like his love for pizza and games.
