I took this with my Sony Cybershot T100; in Harajuku.I... I don't know what this is.
I couldn't work it out.
There were several DS consoles set up to the right, with a game I couldn't comprehend. I think the shop was based on that game.
Sadly, there was nobody around who might have been able to explain.
It's like something out of a modern Zelda title...

as far as i understood: the game you played is
IQ SAPURI for NDS
IQ SAPURI is a game show aired on fuji tv.
Its a puzzle / riddles show, so I guess SAPURI stands for SAPRI or SUPLI -> "supply"
The green balls seem to be characters in the show.
My japanese is not THAT GREAT, so I couldn't get any further on getting the info, but if you know someone fluent in japanese, this is the show's website -> [link]
