Description
A distant cousin of the Akagi Family.. He is the son of Jiang Hamaguchi. In his family their goal is to be the best. Be better than the Akagi’s. Now they are not power-hungry and they don’t put themselves on a higher mental then the Akagi’s.. at the end there still family.. but they want to prove them selfs that they can be good. Rivals even..Quirk: bubble trap: he is able to get forms of water creating a spear in the air. He can use this to capture enemies and he could also use them as shields to catch certain attacks and weapons.. he’s also able to move them around bringing them with him or pushing them away… when there is no water around he can create water from the air around him but of course that will take some time.. that’s why he usually carries forms of water with him or works with water typ heroes and students..
(To give you a mental image if you watch Naruto remember the fight with Kakashi vs Zabuza. Zabuza was able to capture Kakashi in a form of water keeping him there until Naruto and the others Intervine..)
