Wherever you go, conflicts are bound to break out at least on occasion. In these situations, a calm, collected mind is needed to calm the conflicted parties down.

For Luca :

It's easier to get scared and fearful when you have less senses to work with.

For Arthur :

XIV - Play Nice with Others
Draw or write about one of the first times your Kukuri encountered strangers, and how they responded. Were they a natural charmer? Did things begin tense but smooth out with time? Or was it a total disaster?
You can’t usually get too far in life without some kind of social skills. Whether you’re interacting with your loaf, your handler, or a potential mate, it pays off to know how to behave with others.

While taking a stroll through a small birch forest ,littered with small flowers and benches for people to rest on , Luca and Entonix bump into a miniature prairie accompanied by a surprising kukuri , some sort of chimera pelted rook who's coat was split down the middle perfectly, certainly something to behold . Though as they were getting ready to pass each other the weird rook seemed to be side eyeing Entonix , ears laying flat ,tail hanging low , it showed he was pretty nervous and cautious of the two, which , in a way, Entonix's staring didn't help .
Arthur was for the first time on his own, away from his parents ready to take the world all by himself ,well , almost by himself, seeing as Raticus was tagging along on his adventure for a bit . While making their way through a small birch forest they come across their first actual strangers . A large horned, well built dove accompanied by a somewhat child-sized kukuri , which made Arthur quite nervous . He has a habit of overthinking things and switching his temperament on a dime, which until now was kept in check by his family .But now. Now theres no turning back and he has to learn to protect himself at all costs . A little too much eye contact between him and the dove sparked his fight or flight response , quickly jumping on one of the nearby benches to gain the higher ground , startling the opposing small kuku , Luca, who unbenounced to Arthur , was deaf, and the sudden movement and agressive demeanor the chimera was exibiting caught him off guard, backing away and stirring up a storm of loud noises which only furthered their dispute . Arthur reacted out of fear, yet he isn't certain what to do next, which is where Ratticus comes in to defuse the situation , explaining to the two strangers that he's just like that and he isn't used to other kukuri , which made Entonix calm down enough to sign towards the small frightened Luca that everything is ok .Arthur pretty soon calmed down as well, apologizing for his sudden outburst before they each continue on their mary ways .
