Description

Named for the Greek imagining of paradise, and for "Axia", something precious, in Greek, Arcadaixa is at the vanguard of All Hands, their recently-debuted secret weapon. During the fifteen years of research on the metamorphic energies released by Incident One, or InciOne, All Hands funnelled or outright stole the data, to construct it in secret.

A shell of protomatter holds mechanical and biotech components that tap into change-energy. It seethes with metamorphoses, always changing in whole or part into different things. It can act consistently, and powerfully, but the tech inside it is unstable.

In its prime, Arcadaxia destroys. It brings out the potential change in every material, eroding it through premature aging. Because of instability or internal brownouts, Arcadaxia often substitutes these powers with the bludgeoning, smothering power of its sheer mass, or assorted chemical secretions brewed inside its body. Its purpose is to smash, literally and metaphorically the walls that the House of the Crown builds between humans with a creeping uniformity of culture and the occupational Houses' increasing self-segregation.

Arcadaxia has enough consciousness to communicate, and to acknowledge the existence of disobedience, but it chooses to follow the goals of All Hands. It despises savant-type humans, believing that they really are omens of a future of genetic segregation.
