Description
You know, Dudunsparce was (in hindsight) a fittingly goofy evolution for Dunsparce, however, with my region being Yokai themed, and Dunsparce being based on a Yokai (the Tsuchinoko), I thought I'd try to take the evolution a little bit more serious. Stunscarce is still quite goofy, but at the same time it also has a regal and mystical touch to it, I think. Apart from the Tsuchinoko, Stumscarce is also partially based on aother serpentine mythical creature, the Qezal, a winged snake.
In Jouen, Dunsparce evolves into Stunscarce learning the move Dragon Fang (tutor move). I have different ideas for its typing. I've settled on Normal/ Dragon for now, as other contestants like Normal/Light, or Light/Flying are already covered by other Pokémon. A strong alternative in my opinion would be Normal/Flying with the ability Lightning Rod instead of Levitate.

A couple more fakemon for Halloween, while I get things ready for uploading the first Story Chapter of Project Prism
