"Valhala"Opus no. 16. - 2005

An Architectural Fantasy in the style of German mythology as it was pictured in the late romantic period (in late victorian times).
As for some of the details and especially the flag ship in the front I liked the result and am proud of it. Unfortunately however I noticed too late that the composition of the image was not at all lucky nor ballanced. It's a pitty, but I do hope that at least I have learned my lesson for the sake of future pictures...

I think this is very butifull and profetional plus...good point for german explanation but you lost a bit for choosing it....
You tryied to draw Valhala? So wer is are the clouds? the Celtic/scandinavik Architecture?
Valhala is a celtic teaching or description of heaven...I would haved believed you if youd ave name this drawing ''Hasgarr'' (Kingdom of Valhala)
