Harley Quinn. I tried to make her look mainstream comic book style except for the headpiece. This is done with Water color pencils on britol. A very minimal amount of computer stuff was done. Mostly just to remove the scanner weirdness and put a frame.

Aparently I don't always make this clear, but I drew this. It is an original work. Just so we don't have any more misunderstandings...
