In the movie Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero we saw the school where Pan learns. Piccolo was asked by Videl to pick her up in there. The teacher Janet had heard about Piccolo before and she was glad to meet him in person.
Some say Janet and Piccolo would make a great couple. It's unlikely, according to Toriyama, Piccolo doesn't understand neither is interested in romance. But who knows...
