Entry: Born from rain water, Slopour is almost always seen to be in a jolly mood. It loves to stay around ponds or puddles of rain water.

Signature Move: Razor Rain: Water, Status, [N/A DMG], [N/A Accuracy], [15 PP] Reforms the rain around the area into razor sharp droplets that do damage to non-water types over time. Can only be used when raining. Rain Dish is negated.
Entry: Drizzlon is the result of a fully hardened body due to lack of rain. While normally very aggressive, it becomes docile when bathing in any body of freshwater.
