It was so long ago in the series that I think everyone in the Bleach fanbase forgot about this:

When I saw this color page a couple weeks ago I knew I had to do something with it.

I'm pretty pleased with how this came out. Making the tendrils of smoke looks like Masaki and smoke at the same time was a challenge especially since there's not a ton of references of her.
