I am not a member of the LGBTQ+ community. However, over the past year, I have realised how badly people from this community are treated (at least in my country, but I think this happens in many places)
I was especially surprised by the scandal with a military man who posted a photo with his boyfriend on Instagram, and the photos were ordinary, but a bunch of homophobes came to him in the comments and started harassing him and saying that he was disgracing the Armed Forces. But such people did not even think about the fact that thanks to this soldier they are alive and can sleep peacefully at night...
It irritates me when people are judged by their sexual orientation. So this painting is my way of expressing support for all those who have ever been bullied or persecuted just because of who they love.
