Me and my friend were discussing star stuff since today on disney XD they had the film special on for it and she mentioned toffee then i just had the idea of drawing him because for the years ive seen the show, ive never drawn toffee and plus he's a cool villian so why not?!(also that wand in the back is a slight pain to draw)
