Clover LeafShe is a girl who can give luck by her touch. Many people come to her for it, and she also hopes that their wish comes true. But some bad people wanted to kidnap her and take advantage of her ability for their evil plan. But she knew about this plan.
So at night, she ran to the forest to hide, and found a land full of clovers. She changed herself to become one of them, and hide there. But because it was so dark, she counted the number of leaves wrong as four. So, sometimes, you can still find her.

there's nothing wrong with your English! If you really want to improve, I'll tell you this: Because it is one person you're talking about, some of the verbs, like "change" or "run" need s on the end, so they are 'changes' or 'runs'.
