The dress is hand drawn and is made to look this way as it was made by Sidhe Seamtresses and i was trying for a silken look. There is a map I have done of the Isles and I will be enlightening on the comments section of that map about the city and where exactly Kaylia is dreaming about and maybe even who. ~~
